The reviewer can then approve or reject the proof, and if necessary, add comments about the artwork. Following the approval or rejection of the proof, you the Client are notified of the approval or rejection.

An email presenting your brand is sent out that contains a link to an online proofing system. Should a person click on one of your brand links in the email, they will be taken to your web page.
The reviewer clicks on the link in the email and is taken to online portal presenting your brand where they can review and either approve or reject the proof, as well as add comments to the proof.
Once the proof is approved or rejected, the system will send you an email confirming what action was taken by the person that was reviewing the artwork proof.
